Despite what it may look like, those Xclio cases are actually pretty poor for cooling, as the fans aren't balanced correctly. This is a much better case:

The motherboard looks fine, I've no personal experience of these boards but you should be alright. The CPU is also fine.
PSU is absolute overkill, you only need this one:

Hard disk, memory and OS are all decent choices. Graphics card is pretty poor, Powercolor's own cards are pretty dire, get this one instead:

That's about it really. You're OK with your old monitor, keyboard and mouse?

Thank you for reply.I did change the the first 2 items you suggested. But that graphic card you linked,I wasn't happy with the reviews. So i decided to go for the this one instead. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129113

one thing i was concerned about with that NZXT case,I am not sure if the board I choose will have enough connectors for all the fans.please forgive my newbie terms I am new to PC build :)
thanks again for your response. :)

So you saw one bad review of the Asus card and went for the inferior product instead, based on that. Well, your choice I suppose, but I didn't make that recommendation for nothing.

The HD4850 and HD4870 are the same card in essence, but the 4870 is about 20% faster, and uses more power. You aren't likely to notice much of a difference between the two unless you use a 24" monitor or larger.
Everything in that list is fine except the memory, which often has issues running at its rated speed, or even below it.
This is the stuff I use:

After rebates it's almost the same price, and it's proven stable, solid, high speed RAM.
