Philips Pronto NG weak signal

    Hi,

    I have a Philips Pronto NG remote, but I've noticed the IR signal seems to be weak. The battery is fully charged and when not in use the device sits in a cradle which permanently charges.

    any ideas please let me know.

    check your battery it may be weak or on its last leg even new batterys go bad in a short time
