    Hi everyone

Recently, I discovered that my computer does not display the pictures on a HTM file created with Microsoft word, and I've posted the problem here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/716866 If anyone can help, please do.

However, that's not why I'm posting here. I need to do a presentation on my school's computer, which runs XP, very soon, and other than this XP-running computer, I only have a Vista. I need to know if it's a problem with my computer or with the htm files I created.

So, if anyone else running an XP could download this example of a htm file and see if the pictures load, I would be very grateful. Thanks!

(This link works now... thanks for the update!)

    Best Regards :D

Worked fine with abiword. I have seen these problems with M$ formats compatibility between fista and xp in a work environment...

Our only real solution was to make the presentation using Open Office writer (or impress) and then saving with the "M$ compatible format" option. Try opening the document with OO and then saving it again.. That worked too.

Here we go again.. M$ fail to comply even with their own closed proprietary standards between versions.
