pioneer 104 problem

    Hi i am trying to burn a dvd with the latest version of nero.I used maestro to author the video but when it gets to about 10% in iget an error stating pioneer 104 communication error.i am running win xp pro and I have set the dvd-r drive as master.Please help somebody this is driving me nuts.
