Help with Laptop TV tuner?

    i want to watch and record tv on my laptop like the desktops with Media center but my laptop dosent have tv tuner hardware. can some one tell me where i can find a TV tuner attatchment for Windows Media Center? i heard rumors that there was a usb plug in attatchment but i dont know. thank you
