I like the design of the Mac Book but I don't like the Mac OS. Does anyone know if it is possible to just install Windows Vista on it and have it work properly as if it were a PC?

There's nothing wrong with Vista, I use it everyday. Do you have an answer for my question?

Yes, any Intel-based Mac can run XP or Vista using Boot Camp from Apple.
