My laptop is just under a year old now and the battery life greatly decreased in the past few months from 4 hours to less than 1/2... Now the battery won't even charge or anything... Is there a program I can use to run a diagnostic and find out the issue or shall I just presume that I need to buy a new one? Thank you in advance...
if still under warranty then get it replaced as that happened with 1 of my customer's sons. battery would not hold a charge & tried it on his brother's identical laptop & still had same problem. sent it under warranty replacement.
