hello all,
i bought a new ps2 this month and its v-18 series ps2(scph 90004 cb).
i just want to know whats the best mod-chip for this console.
also tell me will ps2 play all games like pirated,backups,import etc after modding and also will it play original ones???
will modding affect my ps2 somehow??? if so then how will it affect :) pls tell me m newbie in this feild :D

I am pretty new to all this myself. Actually for the PS2 you should look into Free Mcboot. Its a new mod that you load onto your memory card and allows you to play backup games. It only cost me $15 to get the action replay disk to load the program onto my memory card.

Thank u but i got my ps2 modded yesterday :)
i used mod chip - Matrix infinity 1.93
and its working fine :)
