Pirates of the carribean (sp?) is a title that has multiple VTS (video title sets) linked from the main movie. No idea why they do this. I do remember in dvdshrink just removing all of them (VTS) but the main movie and it came out just fine.

I've had the same problem occasionally, where my DVD is read to the hard drive, and as soon as I hit START to write it to the blank DVD+R, I get an error message. When I read the error log, it says that there is too much data to fit on the blank disc. I think that, even after ripping and compressing thje original files, the finished product is still too big to write to the blank disc. Disney DVDs seem to be the main ones that I've seen do this.

use dvdshrink. xcopy and disney just don't work together very well. That is why i switched to dvdshrink a year ago and i am not the only one.

I've had the same problems with XCopy Xpress and Disney movies. If you uncheck the "entire movie" checkbox it seems to work ok. This has worked every time for me.
