Ok, I have read and read and all seem to have a similar problem than me but not quite. I bought my cam about a year ago and since then have been trying to burn its vids on dvd. I got it on my laptop via inserting mini dvd on dvd drive, saved and now I can't get them out. Files ar VR_FILES.VRO. I have bought programs that I have instructed to convert but STILL no luck! All I want is to get on NORMAL DVDs to watch and share with my family. Thanks!

Have you tried renaming the .VRO file to .mpg
This .mpg file can be loaded into the likes of DVD Flick then authored and burned to disk.

You might want to start recording in video mode, instead, since the .vro mode is for viewing on your computer, or directily to your television, only.

There are very few programs out there, that will burn those .vro files to a DVD. There are many programs that will burn the video mode files to a DVD.
