Lost Channels

    Heya

    Came home from work earlier and I turned on my box. All my channels are lost bar RTE and Setanta. When I go onto any of the other channels it is a blank screen. Can someone please let me know how do I get my channels back???

    Also I have lost my user guide, can anyone please let me know if they can give me a copy??

    $64000 dollar question!!! what box? it would help - then you might get some assistance.
