i need some help with command prompt

    okay my friend found out how to use command prompt to open notepad and make it start typing stuff and he wont tell me how he did it so i was wondering if someone could show me how to do that or something like it i tried the echo to make it into a txt file but i want it to run the txt file instead of just make one

    fine you dont believe it then can you help me to find out how to make a batch file open in full screen using the commands
