wont open itunes

i downloaded i tunes but it wont open it says it needs quickplayer to open which i have on my pc but i cant get it to work itunes tried re installing itunes 3 times but same proplem everytime please help

 

ok i remember this problem back on itunes 6, try download and install quicktime separetly from Itunes, First uninstall both from your pc, and delete any folders left over by itunes, restart your pc, then install quicktime first, then download a fresh copy of itunes, 8.2 is the newest, and install it, if you still having problems, and you are on vista try running itunes as administrador, go to C:/Programsfiles/itunes right click on itunes and scroll to properties, select the compatibility tab, and at the bottom select run as administrator, click ok and close, now try running itunes, if you get a vista warning click allow, and hope it will work for you. irongiant s right. You just need to uninstall and install Quicktime one more time. May be the problem also comes from iTunes. If this doesn't work try an alternative itunes manager like this. It's the one I use!
