eurovox update problems

First of all can I just thank all the people who make this site tick I've been reading the threads and some of the questions posted are absolutely ludicrous. Its such a pity that some very helpful and informative threads have had to be closed due to absolute stupidity.
Now maybe can we have a sensible approach to the recent problems regarding boxes - especially the Eurovox - if everyone is patient, reads the relevant thread and absorbs the information then they might begin to realise and appreciate the hard work that goes behind the scenes. The solution to the recent problem will be available soon and in the meantime there are temporary measures which will keep you going. (seek and ye shall find). Now can we start a thread and possibly keep it open with no questions relating to codes etc?
