were do i buy rs 232 cable ???

    hi can someone tell me were i buy the rs 232 cable from i cant find it in pc world do they sell them ??? only bought my box yesterday and its not working saying waiting for code update ? ? can anyone help me ????/

    Hi, the code update is for a channel update, if you search the forum there will be a detailed explanation of how to do this depending on which box you have.
    The null modem cable is for a firmware update (which is different), if you still want the cable try here they are cheap enough and I'm sure you'll eventually use it.

    cables from Maplins in the high street or ebay nice and cheap.

    It's not going to help until the firmware is released but you will need one to update your box then ( maybe as early as Monday, Tuesday given the time it took last time )

    the current software is no longer able to auto update the codes itself.
