    Hi,
If some one could give me some advice it would be great.

When I boot up I am getting
    missing or corrupt windows/system32/config/sytem

what options do I have to try and repair this? or is there a software I can download or buy which will repair the registry of system32 corruption?
    thanks,
    Tim

Have you tried a "Safe Startup" and scan with antivirus and anti malware apps?

You need to do a chkdsk c: /f , that will fix most system file corruption.
