    im a complete novice and need some help updating / downloading my box i have never done it before and would like some help in letting me know how to do it myself, as taking it to be done turns out to be a right chore and costs me a fortune, does anyone know how to do it and can tell me what programms i need etc... i would appreceiate any help small or large / bits and bobs any info to get me started would be great
