Mini DV tape to the computer

    I own a Sony’s new DCR-TRV22 MiniDV Handycam. It is a digital camcorder, and has the memory stick feature as well as a cassete. I want to know how to get the video and sound that i recorded on the tape on to my computer.

    Hi eiffel,
    i Have the same sony cam has you
    the software i use is NeroVision express 2
    capure video to hard drive option with the right
    codec to can make divX / Mpeg 4s or what every you like but what i normal do is edit the movie using
    other programs but i wont go into that :) and put
    them on to dvd .... good luck

    yes and use fireware it's better than the usb 2.0 cable you get with the cam

    I have the same camcorder. Do you know how to turn off the default option. I would like to my fadar not to reset all the time.
