Hi all, i have got an ipod chromatic but my computer will only pick it up as a "removeable disk drive" and ITunes will not pick the device up... i have tried every USB port on the machine and on another PC and get the same problem. i have uninstalled the USB driver in DM and still nothing... any help would be great cheers djdoubler
i had same problem with my new 2gen touch, i endup hooking it up to a diffrent computer doing a restore on the ipod, then hooking it back up to my main computer where my itunes library reside, this fixed the problem.
