Hi guy's I have a eurovox (BLUE) been working fine even after the 281108 issue, but it has gone into LOCK mode??? and only displays the LOCKED light and & 7376 can anyone HELP please ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Hi there i seem to be having the same issue, worked fine with the new software, but the eurovox box today has jus locked and displays chn 116 , and i can only turn the box on or off, cant get into menu or change channel or anything. it does not show any channels. It is a Eurovox Max blue, not sure what the issue is? why would it lock? reflashed with old software but same problem? Has it gone dead? if so what can i do about it? thanks
your box could be a clone.did it stop working after flashing it?if so the new software could have killed your box im afraid.
yeh i have realised now that its a clone as the original software worked before... what can i do about it to bring it back to life?
hi yeh im going to try and load the blue clone software on to the eurovox from april, is this the right one? also its a bin file so i cant use the ufl program, so which program can i use to flash the bin file?
you will need to jtag the box.ive never had to do it but all the info you need is in eamos libary .best of luck
Hi can anyone help with this box, flashed it several times with different software but no luck, i can only on and off the box from red to green with the same number displaying on the box 116. Does it need jtagging? what does this do? and what equipment will i need? will i be able to bring the box back to life? scouser can you help please? thanks
ok this happened to my mate (DAVE) and what i did to resolve it was i swithed the box off switch the box off plug your null cable in to both ports have the dnupman loader up click download and it will say com1 click next and it will say waiting for a response from receiver ok now you power on your box it should start to download by doing it this way you are starting a re-flash cause by the sounds of it you have all had a bad flash hope this helps in failing that a would try jtag method but they are never the same afterwards (allthough they doe still work but never the same way) you cant flash them as much etc....))

if its a clone personnally i would bin it not worth your time and effort mate but if you want to i would suggest buyin the stuff that you need to jtag it and take it to some one who knows about electronics and stuff and get them to do it for you but if you want to turn into your project then there are many sites that would help you in doing i.e like the stuff you need and a complete idiots guide on how to do it after you have done the jtag just flash with the new software ware buddy as i said before you dont want to keep flashing your box after jtag here is a video turorial on how to do it ther is a few parts to this but its all there http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=xmz4BYlty5o
I also had 2 boxes dead and I found some info on how to get them working again. download the april clone software and plug it into your telly but leave the scart out and plug in a video lead to your telly and box and it will come up with a code box enter 1004 master code and then your remote will work and you can scan and you will get it working but you will still have to enter the codes until a new clone fix comes out.I hope this has been helpful its so easy.
please pass this info on as people keep talking about jtagging you dont need to go that far,please reply when you get it working.
