What software could I use to remove/copy my favorite scenes from my DVDs or my DVD backups?

    The only thing I really want out of this is to remove/copy my favorites scenes so I can view them on their own. I'm really hoping there is a free software program that will get the job done since I would only be using the program for this purpose only.

    Any software recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    free? i dont know

    pay? dvdfab, just google dvdfab and the website should be something like dvdidle.com

    this usually makes bakups of dvds i think you can extract chapters too, but im not sure about exact parts.

    I appreciate the response. I found a free program that allows me to do it "AVSYOU AVS Video Editor 4". I would just cut out 2 parts of the movie before and after the scene. But, the free version leaves a watermark on the final video.

    So, I'm probably just gonna buy a program in the future sometime. Thanks again.
