Clicking noise when burning

Hey everybody,

I noticed that over my last 20+ burns with TY TYGO3 (DVD-R) media burning at 8x with Benq 1640 with Imgburn or Nero, that the drive/dvd makes somewhat of a clicking noise while burning. This does not happen with any CD-Rs and it does not happen with any other branded DVD-R (using RiData and Verbatim). Is this a problem with the drive, or could it be just the media? I didn't have this problem when I was using TYGO2 media sometime back. I've had the burner for over 4+ years (can't remember how many burns, but a lot). Any input is much appreciated.

four years ago when that drive came out there was no 16x media,check for a firmware update or stick with the TY-GO2s if you can
