probably bad ram or hdd.. these are either caused by a big application crash (more often hardware related.. xp seems pretty good at recovering from big software errors) or by a power outage of some kind somewhere in the box. serious error.. yeah user error.. installing M$ software in the first place.. hahahahaha. Replace user and click enter
