You guys helped me out a few weeks ago and I was now using DVDFab5/FixVTS1.603/DVD Shrink3.2/ImgBurn. I haven't tried to back up anything in a few weeks and now when I attempt to back up a new title, The screen says my trial time for DVDFab5 has expired. I didn't think it was a trial period. Any suggestions on where to turn now? Thank you in advance for your time. CMC
Ok. When I scan the disc, it scans then disappears from the screan completely. I must not be doing something right... CC
You stated in your other posting that you may have messed with the settings. If you did, i would suggest you uninstall dvdfab and use ccleaner to remove all traces of it, and then try a clean reinstall of dvdfab. That may help you out.
Ok thanks. My only other choice in the target box is C:\Documents and Settings/owner\my documants/DVDFab\. I thought that was the problem. I didnt mess with anything else.
Thanks all. I was trying to back up my movie Hancock. It would scan then the program would disappear from the screen without completing. I tried backing up a different movie snd the program seemed to work fine. Anything about Hancock that is throwing a monkey wrench in the works? I had some problem while viewing the movie with frame freeze,pixelation at one point near the end. but I assumed it was my old DVD player. Maybe the program couldn't get passed that point and stopped? again, thanks. CC
