I'm trying to reduce the size of an M2V file using Rempeg2, but am getting a poor quality picture on one particular film only. Done several others with no problems. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many Thanks
what do you mean by poor quality is it blocking , got jagged edges , totally un watchable etc etc please give us a chance to answer your questions thanks
There is a shimmering/ghosting effect and a slight pause every second. I was running at a compression of 80% of the original. I've compressed other movies as low as 70% with no obvious problems.
