i am tring to update my company's instructional video's from vcr to dvd and i'm having issues. im trying to get the dvd to play in any dvd player. and when i put the disk in to scan through dvd shrink it is not reading the disk, saying there is no disk in there. already dub the vcr tapes onto disk dvd-r but need them to also work on dvd+r any help would be gladly taken thank you
