ripit4me not ripping THE DARK KNIGHT?

I have always used ripit4me to back up my DVDS and never had any problems.But now when i try it with THE DARK KNIGHT it comes up with an error" VTS 5 is malformed and couldnt be loaded properly"then ripit4 me closes..is there anyway around this?what can i do?any other free software that i can use that will work?

1)DVDFab 5.1.2.2 : movie only/English audio only(that's what I did)
2)DVD Shrink 3.2 : enable deep scan( better quality). configure DVD Shrink to create a 4.7gb image(it is under EDIT> PREFERENCES)( 4.7GB single layer disc). Save as an iso(don't burn with nero. I heard nero will sometimes mess up the movie and cause it to skip around from chapter to chapter)
3)ImgBurn_2.4.2.0: use this to burn the iso.
Backing up should work now.
