dbox2 movie player help? tried but no luck..

hey guys,
been looking through google for tutorial on how to play movies from my PC onto my DBOX2..

ive been trying for a couple of days now but the tutorials aren't that good to be honest (i am a complete newbie, but i do learn quick)

i have set my dbox2 up wirelessly via ethernet cable & router.. all works good, learned that last week

anyhow.. now i want to try to watch movies/ listen to mp3s etc..

but i cannot do this!! its really annoying as there isnt much information on the web that i can find!

any help appreciated!!
