starview gen stopped updating

my starview 1 has stopped updating all im getting on screen now is scrambled or bad channel.freeview channels working but no other.and my k**master is not working.... giz a clue...please

 

my threasds must be invisible

 

Try reading the sticky threads ... the ones in BOLD type

 

there is nothing in the sticky threads that help me........
