Lost in a sync that I didnt want music off my shuffle. can I get it back?

I plugged my shuffle onto my computer today and it synced my ipod and I lost the music is there a way to recover the music???

do you have the music on your computer or was it only on your ipod?

 

I do have music on my computer but im trying to get the stuff that was on my shuffle back

then just put that same music back on your ipod

 

I could have have figured that out!!! I want the same music that was on the shuffle before it was synced and I dont have that on my computer

 

ok thats what i was wondering yeah there is no way to get that back
