    Please can someone help me?

I have tried TS Muxer, Ripbot and Gotsent and all create a great picture but no sound. Both the source files say the audio is DTS.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

    Thanks

Is this for any .mkv or just one?

Either way, the format of the encoded sound is probably off. Use MediaInfo GUI and check the details of the sound. Compare it to an .mkv that works and then make it the same. It won't be easy but I've done it. You can demux the audio from the mkv with mkvmerge, then use BeSweet to convert the sound to what it should be. 640Kbps definitely works as that's what I've been using lately...other will work too but perhaps if it's too low it won't work? Also, make sure it's 48Hz and not 44 or something. WOrks fine on your pc right?
