FIFA 09 - Manager Mode - Buying Players

On manager mode when the transfers time come, the other teams can offer me or bid on my players when they are not even for sale. Can i do the same thing where i can offer them or bid on a player when they have not put their player for sale.
How can i do it if i can?

frm the list change for transfer to all and bid for any player

Hi thanks for the help.
Im not sure about if it works on that firmware however im on 3.90 m33-3, i think you should upgrade to that as it is the latest at the moment where every game i download even the newer games that jut being released are working well, like need for speed undercover, fifa 09 and pro evo 09.

yes you can when you are seacrching for players to buy you will look for loan buy etc one of them will be somting like players not listed hope that helps if it does not pm me and ill explain better
