I just received my keyboard Today in the MAIL. I plug it up to my computer and bam down at the bottom it saids its plug and play installed and ready for use. so i open up Note pad and nothing happens... the keyboard or number pad won't works. I uninstalled G11...Then i uninstalled my old keyboard and plugin ONLY the G11 and ran the Software and Still nothing...So i was searching on GOOGLE when I has found something about a new version Drive 2.0.....I guess the old drivers dont work period...so i installed the 2.0 and STILL NOTHING..I right click my computer>manage>devicemanager> keyboard. It shows HID but it wont show my new G11. When i uninstall the keyboard from there it uninstalled the old drivers for my old keyboard. so I am really lost. I would love for some help on getting my new gaming keyboard working Please BTW the 18+ keys ont he Far Left side works but the letters or the number pad doesnt work..
I've just been trying to install and uninstall and try different methods and out of nowhere the computer in the lower right corner said that the USB port (the keyboard) couldnt be recongnized...So im wondering if the keyboard is broke cuz ive tried the other drivers 2.0 and it still didnt work the G keys work but no the rest of the keyboard is there an on off switch
