change msl razr v3m

so awhile back i screwed up my phone with p2kcommander to the point where none of my ringtones worked anymore so i flashed with a monster firmware. everything works fine except for power vision, and after days of researching i think its because the msl is sety to 000000. i know what it should be i just cant for the life of me find how to change it. please someone help me i dont want to have to trash this phone. thank you.
