dolby 5.1 buying advice for newbe

hi im looking into geting a reciver with a few imputs for dvd,computer, xbox360 ect. im looking in the price range of £200-£300 the sound does not and should not be high as i live in an apartment. hopefully that price would include speakers any online examples or advice would be apreciated
