Trying to help my neighbor. He had a shop work on his PC-a Dell E310-and since he got it back there is no sound from his speakers. If you plug in the jack you hear 'static' from the connection, but nothing after. Goin into the sound clips and hitting play does nothing, cd, and media player the same.
If I go under device driver, there are 2 drivers with exclamation points next to them:
    -Aztech 2320 Compatible PnP Audio(WDM)
    -IDT High Definition AUDIO CODEC

I think he said he had a virus that they fixed. I'm thinking his sound card(on MOBO on these...?) is bad, but the exclamation points seem to lead me to a conflict. I always say I am not computer savy, so please keep it simple for me to follow.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
