Tried to install drive into computer now it doesnt work

    Ok so I got the d163 sata drive (kreon drive). I have two IDE ports that are being used(one is a dvd burner other is dvd rom). When I installed the sata drive the other two IDE drives won't work. The IDE drives get power but as soon as I plug in the IDE port they won't work. Like it turns on for like a millisecond then shuts off. Please help!
