hi guys am new here can anyone tell me how to get my box working

    hey i tried to get into secret menu to get it back on keeps saying updating but now when i turned box back on it wont let me access any menu at all kepps asking for code to get into mene what can i do to fix it do i need to download stuff,please help am completely crap at this stuff mel Dublin.

    the box super, starview 2 or 3,not sure which told ya am clueless to this stuff please tell me how to get back into menu so i can try fix channnels. M
