I have Nero 6 and I'm using a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-110D which has been great for all burning needs up untill today. I've been trying to make copies of a couple of discs I have backed up on my PC. I havn't done any CD burning for months and only DVD backups of late which have been working fine. The problem is Nero gets to 8 or 9% then just sits idol until I get a error message stating that the burn failed at 10X. This happens 4 out of 5 times I try. I updated nero thinking that may be the probelm but to no evail so I upgraded my firmware for the burner but nothing either. I read some where that I needed DMA enabled and in the log it said it was off so I checked that in he device manager but it states it is enabled. The next time it fails the log states again that the DMA is off. Not sure what is going on but I'm sick of making coasters. Any help would be great. Here is the log. I see you have some Roxio drivers , they conflict with nero. I'd use RoxioZap to remove that. Nero says DMA is off. Even though in Device Manager says it's on, go through the steps of resetting DMA-uninstall the drivers and reboot your machine. To see if Nero is the culprit, try and burn a disc with ImgBurn.
