The Box profile missing

I have The Box, which has not been working since last Thursday. I typed in 1570 to check if the EMU was on and it was, but when I pressed the Nagravision key there was no profile listed for Cho**s. I am getting a few channels but most are missing. I keep getting the message 'scrambled or bad channel' on those that are not tuning in.

I would appreciate any advice as I don't really have a clue about this.

Menu > 1570
Go to set default key & press ok.
Exit back out. This will bring back your provider.
Have you flashed the b0x with the latest firmware?

 

Thanks for that Noelyf, I have the cho**s profile back but still no channels. How do you flash the box with current firmware.

Which starview b0x have you got, is it SV 2 The B0x ?
