Box is stuck

    I am trying to fix somebodys starview "the box". It is just stuck on the startup screen that says the box. It is non responsive to the remote. Anyone any ideas? It just happened, its wasnt flashed and went like this.

    I have done all the things that it says on bad flash page and still have no joy? any ideas? It still just stuck on standby and the screen says the box.

    Download The B0x logo file from eamos & Flash it again & see if that works.

    Ok that seemed to work. now i have a constant green flashing across the box. What do i do next?

    Ok i put on latest software and its still coming up the same thing. Anymore ideas noelyf?? Also is the BOx logo file an appl file or what kind of file is it? Because it would only load up on a backround.
