help i deleted my ds menu dat can i get it back?

    i cant find the menu dat.
    ive tried to go on the links that other people have used
    but i cant seem to find the one i need.
    im really not sure what im doing please help thank you.

    The only way would be to redownload the entire package from the site that should be listed on the box. If you have the SDHC version, you should go to www.r4r4ds.com, if you have the regular version, you should go to www.r4ds.com. If you just try to replace the .dat file and it fails to work, try to reinstall the entire program.
