Hello i've just got kingdom hearts 2 final mix ultimate hits for christmas today along with swap magic 3 version 3.6 plus (PAL version) and cannot get it to work at all.

I'm using a PAL slim PS2 (not sure what model number, sorry) and have tried to put the 3 metal components inside the disc tray as well as I could but even so the disc won't spin unless I physically hold down component 1, what can I do about this?

Anyway when swap magic loads I can't let go of component 1 or else i get a TOC error, I take out the swap magic disc, replace it with KH and hold down the component 1 and it spins for about 3-5 seconds then stops automatically, and when I try pressing X or square on load game it comes up saying 'Not a valid ps2 disc' or something like that and I am completely lost and have no clue what to do.

Right now i'm worried it's all been a waste of money and i'll have to just end up buying lots more stuff to get this to work so please if anybody can help, however little please do because I cannot find any help anywhere at all...

Erm but you say that 3 of them needed except for the disk break one needed taping? Does that mean there should be 4 magic switches then because I only got 3 with mine and I have heard alot of talk about a component E or something when looking for solutions.
