how big is the SSD? the windows vista requirements (to run well) are

    Processor(CPU)- 800MHz to 1 GHz or faster
    Memory(RAM)- 512MB to 1GB RAM
    Hard drive- 40GB
    Hard drive free space- 15GB
    Disc drive- DVD
    Graphics memory 128MB or more

i figure that you probably have a little notebook/netbook since you have a SSD i strongly doubt that you would have a SSD on your desktop computer i hope that this helps!

Actually I was think of putting a ssd in my desk top right now i have Vista on a raid 5 setup with 3 500 gig western digitals. I just thought that i read some where that it is possible and that it will greatly speed up boot times. I believe that alienware computers are ava with ssds. Thanks for the info.
