Hi everyone im a little new at this i read through a lot of these threads to find a solution to my problem and couldnt find an answer at all... i have just bought a Samsung Rant and my recent calls list starts to erase about every two hours and its pretty annoying... they have told me that this problem has been coming up a lot but they just keep giving me a different phones... i have had service with Sprint for about two months now and i have gone through 5 rants because they all have done the same thing... if any one has encountered this problem and fixed it i would love a fix in order to solve it... any help would be great... The Rant is a piece of garbage. Like you, I've been through multiple Rants...3 in 3 months. Sprint service is horrible and they're not the least bit concerned that they offer a phone with endless bugs in it. The screen locks, internet locks, camera locks, keyboards lock. Total garbage. Stay away from both.
