I keep losing connection from FlashFXP, xbox is not modded

When i use FlashFXP and try to connect to my xbox ip it keps saying[R] Connecting to 192.168.0.100 -> IP=192.168.0.100 PORT=21
[R] Connected to 192.168.0.100
[R] Connection failed (Connection lost)
[R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1 and it never stays connected for longer then like 30 seconds thanks

I don't think you can FTP into a XBOX360.....

I know you can with a XBOX1, to move data and backup games.

no ... where did you get this idea ?? i know a while ago there was a very brief time when certain kernels could be moded but thats history..

the only thing a moded xbox 360 does is play backup games...

Yeah not at all.

I did a google search for Connecting via FTP information and all the data just has the Game Backup instructions for XBOX1 with the word XBOX360 in its place.

If you read all of the threads in their entirety you will notice that they all come down to false misleading information and in a nutshell you just can't FTP as of yet.

XBOX1 ftp is very real and is the way you backup the game data.

You have to "Mod" your DVD-ROM FW which requires opening the machine and voiding the warranty to play backups.

To "MAKE" backups you don't even need a XBOX 360.

And I'm done with this thread.

Heheh.

I just know I started out knowing ZERO about this stuff.

Started with Xbox1 and Afterdawn.com & that was just too easy.

Then moved up to X360s which are also very easy with a little bit of research. (GOOGLE is where the ultimate answer to the ultimate question of the universe and everything can be found)

I think that people are told about AD who have very little computer knowledge so they are starting from the absolute bottom of the totem.

Not realizing how abundant, blatant and available the information they seek is.

AfterDawns choice to use the Google engine to search the wealth of knowledge available on this site was a good move.

IT WORKS SO WELL. INDEED YOU MAY ACTUALLY HAVE TO GO TO THE SECOND PAGE OF RESULTS! but the answers are there.

I hope that people realize that most members here asking/telling you to search had to do the same before they had a firm grip on what everyone can learn by just taking their time and not rushing.
