help with dvd2svcd set up

hi all you will have to give me a chance im new to this dvd burning lol im currently setting up the bundle with d2sroba3.80 included and its asking me to browse for the dvd decrytper but i cant seem to find anything for it does anybody else have any idea's

wow I havent used that app in ages n ages but used to have it set up with CCE SP as encoder and gave great results..just took so long in doing so (probably more to do with ancient PC I was then using).
