windows freeze when watching video

my laptop has been acting up lately and need some help...the problem is it runs well when i'm not watching movies on it. the minute i play/watch movies online, it freezes and i had to restart the laptop.all my drivers are up to date i dont see why its doing that..i also attache the hijack log just in case someone who knows may be able to tell if theres problem. any help is appreciated and thanx in advance
