Problems making an ISO of a psx car

Hi,

Im trying to create an iso image to use in my epsxe emulator, the problem is that when i create the image, im using, ultraISO or CD emulator, i used alchol 120% but it gave me this problem as well, when i get above 93% i get read errors, and it wont make the iso!! the games will run in the emulator so they work, but its just getting read errors, is there a problem with my laptop writer? (it works fine everywhere else) or is this because of the protection on the cd, someone gimme a hand
