NTL MMDS

    I have been told and read on this site that i need ntl mmds(i live in the country)and not chorus mmds to run the box (EUROVOX EX7000
    HIGH DEFINITION CABLE BOX)
    that is out soon but i have just rang ntl to get their basic servive in and the said there is now only one box that they use now......Will this work ??

    any help would be great

    dvbc box for n*l mmds can be used but is the eurovox a dvb/c or dvb/s
    box as most hd boxes are sat boxes,no cable hd channels yet.

    why buy a hd receiver when your provider does not broadcast in hd ??
